Bread buns

Lots of bread recipes contain soya which is a big no for this allergy household. I have managed to find bread that is soya free but bread buns for when you want a burger seem to be hard to find so I came up with this recipe. It is very easy to make it just takes a little bit of time and patience. These bread buns are perfect for burgers. I also use this recipe to make hotdog buns. I just separate the dough differently and roll them into log shapes instead of balls.

This recipe is fairly simple it just takes time and patience. This recipe can be made in a bread make. Make sure you add all the wet ingredients first then the dry with the yeast being last. Set to dough setting and let the bread maker do it's thing. When done shape the dough and follow recipe from step 3/4

My children have multiple allergies from babies. There was a long list of things they couldn't eat with out being really poorly. I started by adapting known recipes, which lead to me experimenting and designing my own new ones! Now I share what I learned along the way in hopes of helping other families like us.
