Chocolate Brownies

pinit

This recipe is for cakey and moist brownies. There is absolutely no dairy but still wonderfully chocolatey

These brownies are of the cakey variety rather than gooey.

I have found an important part of getting that nice chocolatey flavour is to use boiling hot water. This really brings out the flavour in the cocoa powder.

Equipment needed

  • rectangular or square baking tin. I use a rectangular one
  • mixing bowl
  • whisk
  • baking paper

I started by adapting known recipes, which lead to me experimenting and designing my own new ones! Now I share what I learned along the way in hopes of helping other families like us.
